Principal practitioner Anna Doble's experience as a health professional spans almost two decades. Something that has taken her around the world, working with and supporting a very diverse clientele along the way.

She's also worked with leading health retreats, rehabilitation retreats and day spas, both nationally and internationally.

Anna's focus is education and support. This is underpinned by a holistic approach through extensive experience in naturopathy, massage, acupuncture, specific lifestyle consulting, nutritional advice, yoga and meditation to tune in to each individual and, in turn, work from a place that they feel inherently comfortable with.

Very simply, Anna specialises in working with people from all walks of life and brings together a fundamentally unique approach to the concept of health and wellbeing.
